Considering he can sense (so he knows when he comes back) and Konan was able to react to his warp with paper tags, I don't see why not.

Depends on if Kamui still functions while Obito is trapped in Genjutsu. If it doesn't, then Kabuto wins. If it does, then Kabuto loses as he doesn't really have another way to hit him.

Um no. Not when he canonically was caught by cellular level attack from Torune, with Gloves on. And no Genjutsu is played with a melody. Something that can last 5 minutes. Once caught he can't Kamui since the genjutsu also halts the opponents jutsu.

Not only do you not have manga evidence of that occurring, since his gloves were perfectly fine, but feats already outright showed Sakon working through Kiba's clothing/jacket. So nope, canon shows body seeping works the moment contact is made so its nigh instant.

1. Obito won't be in another dimension.
2. He can't make his whole body tangible unless something is overlapping his whole body. Kakashi's explanation provides evidence, and the databook for Kamui states that it's an unconscious process. So there goes any notion of him having control of it.
3. If Obito goes straight for a warp, Kabuto simply senses him and retaliates in a way that forces Obito to phase through his attack.
