If the intel is full, a simple space time barrier can be used on white rage while it's still in its dragon projectile form and sent away before it explodes.

where will he send it when he has no kunai out side the battlefeild also he would have to run up and try to use st barrier muki tensei stops all that

Jumping easily avoids Muku Tensei, the location isn't a cave so it's not as dangerous. A clone easily shunshins away from the area which he can send it to. Or he uses a toad to send that crap to mount myoboku. Shadow clone is the best option though.

And you assume Hiruzen and Tobirama will just stand and watch and let minato handle white range and not attack Kabuto? That's pretty silly, how's he gonna perform white range then immediately use inorganic Reanimation with 2 More Hokage's (who can also use clones) breathing down his neck.

It's all a team effort, the other Hokage aren't just gonna be on standby. This is a full intel matchup, so minato simply tells the other Hokage to cover him while he gets rid of white rage. Their best bet is Hiruzens lightning stream, since it'll probably work well against kabutos hydrification jutsu. And since Tobirama will be linked with Minatos FTG, he'll also be pressuring Kabuto.

slap yourself with a broomstick Minato clones wont reach such a drastic range from the first momment he uses White rage he atleast takes one of them off also what stops him from shooting white rage right into the air. he would first have to summon the toad then teell it to warp away with muki tensei by this times it already goes off.

What can Hiruzen and Tobirama do exactly? Minato wont be handling white rage to begin with and what attack could they possibly do to harm kabuto. White rage is a projectile once he shots it he can move on to the next jutsu dont know why you think it be any different. bushin are fodder a single injury then there gone.

Never said they would stand idle by just saying they cant do much to fend Kabuto off. again the lighting is useless to because Kabuto uses his body fluid and dont say 70% of the body is water thats true but the only reason why rations counters the hydricfication is because of the suiton. Ration wont have an effect of Blood Urine swet etc. Also you forgot to mention Manda 2 all together and Kidomaru's webs

--None of the hokages can hurt him, due to kabutos liquifying rendering their physical attacks useless and him being able to use oral rebirth and karin healing/snake skin enables him to counter their strongest moveset

--Closing the distance against kabuto is infact worse for the hokages as they are getting immobilised by white rage which kabuto can use as much as he wants. and mugen onsa can also be used, as kabuto can then use chakra scalpel to end them

--manda 2 shits on gamabunta and seeing how its more durable then manda 1 (who tanked C0) somehting that has a much higher DC then anything the hokages could dish out, simply means that the hokages are not huring him either

--muki tensei and bracken dance can also be used to destroy the marked locations as manda 2 makes this even easier for kabuto to do so

--Tsunade and hiruzen are non factor here, as all their attacks are evaded/tanked and are getting overwhelmed rather easily by kabuto

--bracken dance, kidomarus webs, muki tensei along with manda 2 certainly cover the AOE of FTG and give kabuto the win
