White Rage pretty much sets Gai up for failure. He hasn't no sensing abilities nor can he move, so while it's active he's a sitting duck. Kabuto finishes it with a chakra scalpel or Muki Tensei.

What is the intel...?
If Gai caught Jubi Jin Madara off guard (who obviously has superior sensing and reaction), then nothing supports the notion of DMS Kabuto reacting any better. Replace DMS Kabuto with Madara in that very scenerio, and Kabuto is eating a point blank Hirudora. Doubt DMS Kabuto is as durable as a V3 susano'o, but I have no clue what's his regeneration capabilites.
Summoning Manda II off bat would probably solidify a win for Kabuto though. But I think that course of action is circumstantial to the amount of intel given.

White rage is useless when he can easily escape it's Aoe via 7th gate. Water body gets wrecked by Asa kujaku .(

). a much smaller one destroyed a standing susanoo. Suigetsu has already displayed that there water body has a damage limit. Considering Kabuto won't have a huge body of water supporting him he takes the damage. Same thing goes for sound genjutsu.
