Dmc-Devil May Cry

Otherwise known as Devil May Cry 5.

I just wanted to ask, what's your opinion on this game?

DMC has received a lot of unfair hate due to Dante's new look, new personality and the story which was changed.
In my opinion, it was very good as a Reboot game.
Dante's look can be changed through DLC, so that's not a major problem. His new personality is actually quite likeable and has some pretty funny one-liners from time to time. And story is still a matter of opinion, but just don't say it's bad because you don't like it how they changed Dante.

I still think it's a great game in the series.

Tbh, the DmC reboot hasn't interested me at all.
The gameplay is alot slower and nerfed down than the other 4 games, and I didn't really like the art style or approach that Ninja Theory went with.

That, and I prefer the old Dante way more. xd

It was decent, but a huge disappointment. The game isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be, but the Dante from previous Dmc's was much better.

Thanks you for being an open fan. A lot of fans are just not open to change, and that is very bad in the gaming industry. Yes, it's ok to like a series or like a character, but when you start complaining over something as trivial as a hair color change, then you are pathetic. Did anyone hear about the fans that wrote a petition to the persident to take DMC Devil May Cry off the shelves because they didn't like it? Pathetic. This is the reason why many awesome games can't evolve, because of their fan bases, and then those same fans cry and say that the game doesn't ever change. Fans have got to pick their poison.


thought the game was Epic, and DMC Dante is a way better relatable character in my opinion. The reason is that his personality is based more off 2012-2013 young people like me. I just found the old dante a little too bland, and uninteresting. DMC brings a more modern spin on the series, and relates modern teenage/adult situations. The old dante was just a litte too boring, I prefer the cooler characters, that are sometimes douchebags lol. It just makes the vibe upbeat, and the game funny. Not cheesy one liners, no offense to old dante fans.

This is by far the best DMC but still the Brothers Could be better....i like this Dante too.......

I have ended it on Nephilim Mode,Now i am ending it in SOn of sparda Mode again

I want to try the other difficulties as well. But I'm not touching Hell and Hell mode xD
