Currently, RtN Sasuke is a Japan-exclusive DLC costume.

I'm not sure when it'll be released overseas, but presumably that will be a month or so after the game has been released in Japan.

Not unless you buy it on eBay which is going to be a rip off, convert ur Xbox to japaneese, or it comes out in USA
