How can you prove something doesn't exist if it doesn't exist?

Ex: how can I prove vampires don't exist, even if I did a test on everyone I can find that doesn't mean their are no vampires it just mean I didn't find any?

How do you know no one has been living forever. It could be that they just haven't been seen.

It doesen't mean that they dosen't exist just because ur unable to find it may be some one wil find, no one had witnessed that god exist but we stil belive in god the vampire thing is the same as God,,,& there is no need for u to prove that it dosen't exist if it really dosen't exist..........

The question is flawed. If something doesn't exist then it simply doesn't exist. You should form your query into how can you prove something doesn't exist when there is no definite evidence to prove or disprove their existence.

Unfortunately, that's it. If it cannot be proven true or false, there's no way to confirm it. Same goes for religions. Scientists simply cannot use the scientific method to discover if a deity exists or not. So the scientist cannot say it does or does not exist.
