Well rogue one is being reshot because it was not light enough for Disney they want it to be more funny and happy endings and almost no death no intensity no war and they want their Han Solo movie to get attention by putting a young Han in the movie

Way to go Lucas you idiot !

And this epic trailer they showed is utterly pointless next trailer is probably going to be some boring dull pile of crap like force awakens was

I did indeed see a few articles on this but none mentioned the "no death" thing. They did however mention that they were reshooting it to "lighten the mood". Nothing about happy endings or what not though.

Let's hope this doesn't mean they take out the scenes with (spoiler warning if you don't want to know anything about the movie):

"Darth vader reportely acting way more cruel and violent than ever before. Decapitations, etc..."

They are reshooting several things and it's being costly too as for the death part that was just me ranting
But with the rate they are going they might as well have it where no one dies

Damn. I hadn't heard about this before and just read up on it to find out that what you're saying is very true.

It bugs me that they're reshooting and changing scenes because it totally steps on the production team's original intentions and art direction, and when that happens it almost always ends with bad results. Now we might have a movie where the overall mood, cinematography, and story is inconsistent.

It's a shame that so many creative projects nowadays have to go through these battles of art direction vs corporate interest.
