All he did was point out that the English language is an incredibly inconsistent one. Different words go by different rules, and most words don't follow their given rules. lol However, the pronunciation of words that are made up, such as Pierrot or Ghibli, fall under the discretion of the creators. As such, there's only one proper way to pronounce certain words.
