As we know Totsuka blade and Yata Mirror are the strongest tools within Itachi's arsenal. Sometimes I wonder where did Itachi come from, who is he? How did he obtain such power?

Yata Mirror is Itachi's will, he always wanted to protect his brother so this will of his to "protect" manifested into the thing we know as Yata Mirror. Totsuka Blade is what Madara & Obito were searching for the eternal dream that leads to peace. Nagato is a lucky man he found this peace and was deamed worthy to fall under this wonderful slumber at the hands of Itachi "The PeaceKeeper".
