why is sasuke's eye turning into a normal rinnegan? isn't that degrading his juubi eye? also if indeed it's a rinnegan then does that mean every rinnegan has different properties according to it's awakener? if so then that means it's goodbye flying for sasuke like tendo pain did...

when it loses tomoe it might be an indication to the amount of times he can use his new technique, but in the negative zone I think it shows it as rinnengan simply to indicate what visual ability Sasuke is using.

I don't think it's turning into a normal rinnegan....it is what it is. Ya know? It's a mix between a bunch of different stuff possibly? Honestly the whole awakening of this and awakening of that with the eye powers got real complicated real fast, so I just gloss over it!

How do you know it doesn't have to do with time?

Or, it could just be he's changing the eye. Madara can change his rinnegan to EMs and vise vera... Why can't sasuke go 3tomoe->EMS->rinnegan->9 tomoe and back?

you can't use Rinnegan abilities while in EMS mode etc...

I think that every time he uses his teleporting power it uses up a 'charge' or a ring of tomoe. They'd regenerate eventually though.

Kishi put limit of times Sasuke can use his new haxxed abilities to manipulate the Time or Space itself. Clearly each use of it forces him to loose three tomoes, so at the best he has 3 shots, while he degrade to regular Rinnegan which he can spam with Rinnegan abilties giving his time until tomoes respawn and Sasuke will get acces to haxxed ability again.
