We know Asuma died because of four damaged vital points (Ino confirmed it)

So if Ino was replaced by Sakura, then do you think she could have used the chakra, she was storing for so long, to save Asuma?
Another one, Do you think, Asuma could have been saved by her?
Do you think, that was possible for Sakura's level of medical Ninjutsu?

By the way, Sakura > Ino (in Medical Ninjutsu)
My answer for this would be : She could have healed him to the point so that he could be hospitalized in Konoha's hospital.( means taking him from point A to B after healing to a certain point )

But, seeing as how Sakura is right under Tsunade, she would have had more knowledge to keep him alive, so if Kishi wanted to hype Sakura medical abilities yes. Current Sakura, no question Asuma would've survived. But she probably would've use that same jutsu Tsunade used on Lee, to heal Asuma.

But I dont think the yinseal works like that, if she was to release all of that chakra without having a seal, it could've possibly been fatal to her own life.

Honestly... Yes.

I think Sakura could have saved him for example by using Katsuyu.

But Hidan might aswell just have stabbed himself in the heart (Or chopped his own head off ) and then nobody would have been able to save Asuma.

I would hardly say naruto's condiction was worse than being stabbed in 4 vital points, especially when naruto already has exelerated healing due to the kyuubi's chakra in the first place. As far as i know all of naruto's vital organs were in fine.

As for karin, I'm not sure if any of her vital organs were damage, Even if they were it would've only been as many as asuma had. I hardly see how karin taking a chidori through the chest is worse than this

It's still an added bonus. Sakura said it's slower than normal not that it's not working/healing.

Difference is, Sasuke's chidori only stabbed one part of the body, Hidan stabbed 4 Different part and all being vital organs. Also it simply being lightning doesn't make it more damaging than Swords and other things that stab.

That was sasiori's poison.

Not all Poison stops the user using their chakra, Sakura healed naruto and the wound on her arm (to some degree) without no mention of not being able to controll her chakra.

Second even kabuto couldn't heal sakura completely from the kyubbi attack she is still in pain but it still considered as healing.

Thats because kabuto didn't stick around, he quickly healed sakura's arm then buggered off, He didn't put anywhere near the time/effort in that sakura did while healing naruto.

She never stated anything along the lines of the kyuubi's chakra stopping her from being able to controll her chakra.

Yamato out rightly stated that her level of medical ninjutsu wasn't good enough to completely heal naruto, he didn't say because of the kyuubi's chakra or anything.

I highly doubt she could, There only person i can think of who could of is tsunade.
