1. Hashirama , Tobirama , Tsunade did not discriminate against the Senju.
2. It was Danzo , and the other 2 elders and Sarutobi who acted discriminatory, And only 1 of those 4 was a real senju follower.. But none were complete followers

The results speak for themselves, there have been no Kages that originated from the Uchiha clan, that is highly unusual for a clan that produced ninja of the same power as the Senju which is why they were the co-founders.

Well IDK he did guide the Sannin which lead to Tsunade and intern all her contributions as well as Jiraiya to Minato and Naruto.
Plus this long ass time ago he defeated some unknown kinda fodder ninja that nobody really cares about and most people think he is just stupid ... think his name was like Orochimaru. Well SUPPOSEDLY ya know.. Sarutobi was the only one capable of stopping him and he would have steam rolled the Naruto universe with his EDO's as he would in time (faster then with Kabuto) learned to master EDO and unleash full Hashi and proly with a Rinnegan or some other ****ed up shit.. yeah.. Hashirama- was the strongest and the greatest. He established the first shinobi village: Konohagakure.
Tobirama- During his reign, Tobirama was accredited as the Hokage that developed the village's organisational system as well as some of its infrastructure

The Senju did not produce 'stronger' shinobi, maybe individually Hashirama was stronger than Madara, but the advantage does not apply the entirety of the Uchiha clan. If you remember it was Hashirama and the Senju that chose to pursue peace, not the Uchiha clan and its leader Madara, both clans were at a stalemate. I find that a bold statement, considering that if such an advantage existed, the Senju would have defeated the Uchiha versus suing for peace and the Uchiha would not have been considered co-founders.
