yeah they moved too quickly on the technology if you ask me. Unless the continent is just behind as they use techs more based off of chakra while the other continents have not and used to rely on technology to gain the upper hand on others.

It's not really going to far, I'm surprised that it took then so long to figure it out. They've always had the ability to seal things in scrolls, including Jutsu (Jiraiya seals Amaterasu), this is just taking that concept to the logical extreme. Imagine Tenten if she threw Chidori's rather than Shuriken.

Actually, now I think of it, the Logical Extreme of that is to take 5000 Scrolls, seal them into one scroll, then seal something badass into those scrolls like Perfect Susanoo or Kirin.

Got it. TenTen is the true saviour of NV. if she were to team up with Konan, they could seal the entire world and summon other dimensions to their will.
