during Sasuke's training with Kakashi, Kakashi told him that if Sasuke didn't have sharingan, he would've electrified himself and hurt himself

Nah, another guy that doesn't read Naruto manga lel... Sasuke has shownin the fight with Bee that you can electrocute without impaling the opponent... which means that the lightning is indeed dangerous, and perhaps even deadly...
sasuke shouldn't be able to control the lightning if it gets water splashed on him... since it will run through the water and through sasuke
