Ok in my opinion the over rates are Hiruzen and Kakashi. Hiruzen is mostly hype. Kakashi on the other hand hes a well balanced character hes one of my favorites but it irritates me when fanboys basicly say him losing sharingan is no big deal hes just as strong. Ok were talking about an eye that belonged to one of the strongest clan ever an eye many would kill for. I believe that the eye greatly increased kakashis already great skills, so when he lost it it put a dent in his powers.
The underrate is Orochimaru, think about it he has not reached his prime yet. Prime is your when your at your highest/strongest. This man can basicly live a very very very long time due to his body take over jutsu or what ever I say give naruto world 50 years and orochimaru will be op. Question: when orochimaru takes over another body does he keep abilities. Like if hes in a zetsu body and he goes over to an uchia does he keep his wood style? Please provide facts.
Finally Kishi's sense of power is retarded...example madara EASILY devastates 5 kages. Then Gai's 8 gates murks a Juubi Madara who is stronger than the madara the kages faught. From this we can say gai can solo 5 kages even easier than previous madara making the kages look like low level fodders. If there were 15 kages I believe gai can solo easily due to kishis sense of power. And finally after recieving 100 power ups naruto gets another from the sage this time going from needing gaara, edo kages, ect in order to beat madara to him and sasuke alone giving madara a run for his money wtf??
