I would add NaruHina and Naruto's coronation ceremony as Hokage, Orochimaru getting his dignity back, Uzumaki clan origins, and kill Sakura. More Hashirama, as well.

I want the storyline to continue way after the Akatsuki and their plans. I never want Naruto to stop, it's too amazing and feel-good to be ended, I want to be watching it five to six years from now and still be smiling and looking forward to new episodes.

I want to see more Rinnegan techniques.

The Rinnegan is so hyped but we haven't seen many "God" techniques it can use.
