Your list isn't too bad. However there are some things I don't agree with

Sasuke
- his strength is too high

Naruto
- His handseals are too high

Shikamaru
- His stamina is way too high
- His hand seals

Hinata
- intelligence is way too high
- Her hand seals are too high

Obito, kakashi and sakura are well done

Sasuke in the last was able to vaporize a meteorite XD

Tsuande byakugou was atleast half full during that fight.

Well, it doesn't really matter. I forgot that all characters are given scores in their base form. A character having an equal score with another in a certain area doesn't mean they're equal... at all.

Was Sakura constantly resotoring and healing Kage? maybe lol

Tsuande byakugou was atleast half full during that fight.

if those tiny things take away half of her chakra then how can it be beyond bijuu lvl? and even if tsunade's chakra was at half (which it wasn't) madara and hashirama could fight for 24 hours at a very intense lvl and they're around bijuu lvl.

Handseals - Really ?? a 2 ?? If Kakashi gets a 5 Obito should get 5 as well.

obito's genjutsu is nothing special, he doesn't have a powerful genjutsu (tsukiyomi,koto)
bm naruto's taijutsu is nothing special, although obito is pretty good at taijutsu so a 4.5/5 is possible.

That tiny heal the leaf village and 80,000 shinobis and also spammed a kaguya level technique that a clone of 50% Riduku Naruto couldn't handle without poofing

You don't need to use hand seals a lot to get a 5. Hand Seals are just used for chakra control but some people don't need it because their chakra control is perfect.

Obito was able to genjutsu a ****ing Jinchuuriki XD

Obito taijutsu is definitely a 5. He was even able to fight on par with Gai.

Yeah, not bad, i can agree with those stats. You should have done more characters, though.

I only have one gripe: why does Naruto have a 5 in "Hand Seals"? I've never seen him weave a sign for 700 chapters other than the Shadow Clone one and a Summoning Jutsu in Part 1. Almost all his jutsus don't require hand seals.

Also, is Kakashi really a 5 in "Speed"? And Hinata a 4.5 in "Intelligence", what? Okay, i take my first statement back, i don't fully agree. :|

i was referring to tsunade, and katsuyu healed them, not sakura. sakura and tsunade summoned 10% of katsuyu thats all. if she is around or beyond madara/hashirama/bijuu lvl she could've done much more.
