[Discussion] How will Sasuke keep up with Naruto?

Naruto is already more powerful and is going to become even more OP very soon.

I imagine that Sasuke will get Perfect Susanoo with the Yata Mirror and Totsuka blade with Enton weapons. In addition to a new EMS ability that we've yet to see.

As for how he will hurt Juubito, read this theory, I believe that Kirin can hurt Juubito.

I think he might already have totsuka and yata from Itachi but hasn't realized it yet. More combat makes you more powerful so I think perfect susano will be coming soon and that's when the yata mirror and totsuka will show up.

I wish everyone would stop with the curse mark. Itachi purged him of the curse mark when they fought because he didn't want Orochimaru to have any more control over Sasuke. I doubt very much Sasuke would allow Orochimaru to put another curse mark on him since he is hoping to gain everyone's trust again in order to become Hokage. He knows he has some making up for past behavior to do and being controlled by Orochimaru again would kill his current plans.
