Being a ghost doesn't make one fortune teller or soothsayer - So6P couldn't see anyone's fate for like centuries. I have no reason to believe Momoshiki would do better. All the byakaugan family at Moon or their spirits would have told fate to each other. If writer needs to make it that way then he needs to put more effort in and establish it properly.
