- Is it stated how old Darui is?

- It's stated that Sandaime Raikage learned him some raiton techniques, so is it possible that he is Raikage(A) brother?

It was never stated but I think that he is slightly younger than Kakashi.

Naa there would have been some mention of it if he was. But I think Darui had a special quality that A and Killer Bee didn't have for him to be chosen to learn Black Lightning. Both of them are stronger ninja then him and have larger chakra reserves so it must have been something else. It would probably be patience. Perhaps Black Lightning took years to master and A being Raikage wouldn't have that time and Killer Bee wouldn't be patient.

Why Darui isn't A's brother

1. He isn't built like a brick shithouse
2. He works for him and addresses him in a "boss and client" way
3. You don't see Darui powerbombing everyone
