How should one interpret this? Saw them as what? Souls, chakra, other form?

Quote 2:''Its annoying that I have to take everything apart.''
Where does ''everything'' refer to?

This page is just not completely clear to me.
So i am interested in other people their views.

What the bijous are, souls, chakra or something else, still has different possiblities I think.
''Everything'' seems to refer indeed to the destruction of the Shinobi Alliance.

I believe Madara was referencing the bijuus "soul" or "conscience" within Naruto. And with you second quote, I am pretty sure madara plans to retreat with the Juubi because it is going on a rampage and no longer under control. I am sure Madara is capable of either reverting the Juubi back to the Gedo Mazo form or can at least summon him to a safe or confined location.

''Everything'' most likely refers to the destruction of the shinobi alliance indeed.
Especially after I checked a different translation (usually I dont forget but today I was in silly mode ) it seems confirmed.

Number 1 refers to their chakra. The bijuu's all gave Naruto a piece of their chakra.

Number 2 refers to the shinobi alliance, i believe. It's just like how he and Obito destroyed the "head" of the alliance. He'll probably destroy the "arms" "legs" and so on.

Just my thoughts on it.
