Discussing Jinton's limit

OK guys, Jinton or Dust style combines Fire, Wind, earth natures, it seems that when the Target is trapped inside the 3D shape (cube, cylender, or cone) its Molecules gets dessambled turning it into Dust ... my question is How far Jinton can dessamble? I mean is it able to destroy non-molecular based projectile such as fire, wind, Lightening, condensed chakra Projectiles (Susanoo arrows and Magatamas) I mean If Sasuke used Enton Kagutsuchi and manipulated it into the shape of an arrow and threw it toward onoki, Or naruto threw Rasenshuriken at him, Or Bee used Bijuu Bomb, can he block these attacks through Jinton?
PS:I'm not starting a versus thread it's just discussing a jutsu limit

Well, from what we've seen in the manga and from this Narutopedia abstract...

"The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defences, witnessed from Ōnoki's use of it to destroy Madara Uchiha's Susanoo."

...I do believe that Jinton can potentially destroy/obliterate/molecularize anything that is chakra-based as well (including Susano'o arrows and Yasaka Magatama).

That said i imagine it would not be able to affect energy-based jutsu like Katon/Raiton/Enton/Futon, because technically, these jutsu are not molecular to begin with!

PS: HOWEVER, this complicates things further; if Jinton cannot destroy energy because of its non-molecular nature, then how come it can destroy chakra (which is basically corporealized energy) ?
