Naruto became so op in RSM that even Kishi wasn't able to nerf him in RSM so he decided to take it away to create a power balance between Sasuke and Naruto(this explains it).
Even Naruto can make KM and make 2 kyuubi clones and then go himself KSM and fight vs Sasuke and when he's low in chakra he can regain even a stronger KSM and not just 2,but he can make 7 kyuubis clones and get all over and over chakra again,and KSM is op...
Honestly Sasuke would've felt terrified vs Naruto RSM.
Naruto solos even if I like Toneri more,Naruto tortures your fav all day.
Even Itachi with Tsukuyomi can't rape any1 more.
