I wasn't the only one hoping it would look differen't seeing that he unlocked the sage chakra and has part of all the other 8 bijuus in him. I was hoping for an unique juubi cloak kind of like kaguyas bunny/juubi form.

Well, he isn't a juubi jin. He only has portions of the other bijuu's chakra, about enough to go into RSM and use their chakra for different techniques. He is however the the Nine tails jinchuuriki, that is y Naruto's transformation was into the kyuubi. The avatar probably improved, but its power probably increased
