I'm going to make this judgment short and sweet. I'm using a friends IPad to get you your judgment sooner, but first I'm going to outline a few rules about my judgment.
- I will not judge based on anything I believe is right or wrong in a counter. If it was backed up more concretely, then it was the superior argument.
- While I'll note what I believe could have been improved in the arguments, it doesn't affect the judgment itself.
- I will not entertain any arguing with my judgement. Got a problem with it? Tough titties.
You did well with exploiting Kakashi's Raiton, you effectively argued how it hard counters Kisame's Suiton dome. Though you could have used it as just a side counter for Baksuishoha.
I'm honestly baffled by you not capitalizing on Kakashi's though. It's a very strong asset against a character that's only real counter measure is that he was paired with an Uchiha. Other than that, he has no Genjutsu feats, countering or otherwise and has a 2 in the databook. Samehada breaking it could have easily been countered. Top it all off with Kakashi being able to stalemate Obito in Genjutsu, a character notable for Genjutsu progress.
You also focused too much on Kakashi trying to straight up dominate Kisame in a firefight, which isn't exactly what I would have done. You should have focused more on tactics.
Though you did well countering the stamina argument, I would have pointed out that Kakashi'ss take meant never referred to any single form of the Kyuubi, presenting a massive margin of error in his calculation of the gulf between there stamina's.
The only argument that I feel you weren't able counter was Dance of a Thousand Sharks. Regular Suiton was soundly countered while the separating of Kisame and Samehada was a tad sketchy. You should have shown more Tainutsu feats for Kakashi and not just focusing on the instances with Samehada. While it may sound like I'm picking up on only the flaws, neither side completely utilized their character.

UN:
As said previously, I feel that your arguments for Suiton dome and any non-massive Suiton were soundly countered. Though you did have the upper hand in the argument concerning Dance of a Thousand Sharks.
I also feel that you leaving the conductivity of Raiton essentially uncountered (bar a little half mention) was a large blunder. Granted I'm not as familiar with Kisame, and can't think of a counter in that situation. Regardless, he beat you there.
Though I believe your counters the disbarment of Samehada trumped his, you didn't effectively use it's chakra absorbing abilities to their fullest. You only used it as a means of defense, never mentioning how a mead touch from Samehada would steamroll Kakashi's stamina, given how much it's been shown to absorb at once.

Verdict:
Madara Rules gets my vote. He had at least some type of counter to all of UchihaNagashi's arguments while he left a very major part of MR's essentially untouched.
