Dimension jump?

What do you guys actually mean by "dimension jump or hop?"
I don't get it, I thought all these dimensions stuff was about travelling through portals to transport to another place, for an example from Konoha to Hidden Sand Village or similar?

I mean does Sasuke has a similar technique like Minato and Obito, And does this mean Sasuke has his own dimension now like Kamui?

Please explain more in details.^^

Another universe? lol... Sasuke said he wanted to find Sakura's place by travel through dimensions, so by that statement, my question is, does he has his own dimension to travel to or does he simply just teleport randomly like FTG?

Better? Don't think so.. Sasuke said it takes a lot of chakra to travel through dimensions unlike Kaguya, but even Obito stated it by his own words.
