Well even tho digimon was a rip-off of pokemon(Just look at gen 1 pikachu and then look at patamon, same body shape) imma say I like digimon better, mostly due to the fact that it wasn't shown as much and don't get me wrong I love pokemon.

Well even tho digimon was a rip-off of pokemon(Just look at gen 1 pikachu and then look at patamon, same body shape) imma say I like digimon better, mostly due to the fact that it wasn't shown as much and don't get me wrong I love pokemon.

Each one both had evolutions, both had eggs. Hell season one of digimon even had bages. So yes digimon is a rip-off of pokemon but I never said it was a bad rip-off, probably one of my all time favorite rip-offs. xD

But its not a rip-off, they came out around the same time....

Thats like the people who say SAO is a rip-off of dot hack when there orginal scripts were out around the same time.

in dugumon the story is drastically different. i dont remember any badges. The evolutions can revert back. Dgigimon in no way rips off pokemon

It interesting because the Pokemon Anime started out as being halfway decent, and then when Advanced came out around 2002 it just slowly went downhill...then again then I grew up with the original series being released each week, so for me it was a decline.
