I don't know.. I've just been thinking about this for a while and would like to see the thoughts on you guys' heads. I guess the tittle kinda wraps it up, but lemme sorta get into the details of it. I mean, all MS have the basic abilities like Susano'o/Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi. But, all the Sharingans shown so far have developed a specialty in which they're greater at than other Sharingans.
Exhibit A:
Itachi for example, had his Tsukuyomi which outdid any other Tsukuyomi in the whole show. 72 hours within a second.
Exhibit B:
Then there's Sasuke with Enton, something, which Itachi even with all his proficiency with the Sharingan and MS never acheived. But Sasuke can't even pull off a proper Tsukuyomi, even though he developed something Itachi never even used once, he can barely pull off a Tsukuyomi. Note, Itachi has had the Sharingan for a lot more years than Sasuke even.
Exhibit C:
Madara. He's barely shown any usage of Tsukuyomi nor Enton. But he does have the perfect Susano'o. Now, keep in mind, he has spent a lot more time with the Sharingan than even Sasuke AND Itachi put together. But he has not shown nearly as much proficiency in the other two abilites like Sasuke or Itachi.
Special cases:
Shisui and Kakashi. Shisui may have been able to use Susano'o, Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. But if he was, i believe it was on a lower level than the previous guys mentioned. However, he was gifted with KA which no other Sharingan user has ever unlocked, apparently. Then Kakashi, he has not shown ability in Amaterasu nor Tsukuyomi. Definitely not Susano'o because he lacks one eye. But he does behold Kamui.
This is ultimately why i'm thinking different MS unlock different sorts of powers. Basically saying, Sasuke can never have a perfect Susano'o. Itachi can never have Enton and Madara can never have a Tsukuyomi similar to Itachi's. Ofcourse, this is pure speculation and i might be absolutely wrong. But hey, forums are for discussions. So, there ya go.
