from naruto's perspective,the destiny is make by us,by everyoane,everyone make his own destiny,
but from other's perspective ,the destiny is something that you born with it,,neji's perspective,you dont make your destiny,you have a destiny,
what im trying to say its that neji is right,we were born with a destiny.
in spite of naruto say that we make our destiny,he dont know that he was born with a destiny,as jiraya said:naruto is the child of prophechy.
now naruto probably will become a new rikudou senin,so naruto didn't make his destiny,he was born with a destiny to accomplish.he was born with the destiny to save the ninja world.
