I'm going to compare Naruto's KCM abilities to sage mode abilities.
PHYSICAL: Speed: KCM and sage mode have equal base speed (let me explain). Naruto's speed in KCM essentially equals A, and his speed in sage mode equals the 3rd raikage's. Either A's much faster than his dad or KCM and sage mode have essentially the same speed. However, when given prep time (standing sill, or facing toward somewhere maybee?), Naruto can travel at near limitless speeds in KCM. So KCM's speed isn't greater than sage speed unless he can target a specific location. Winner: KCM
Strength: Both have incredible strength. And since there's nothing to really gauge it by, it's really hard to choose. However, we know that KCM was strong enough to stop the 4 tails from closing it's mouth. Sage mode, on the other hand, stopped a rhino summons and then proceeded to hurl it to the sky. It's obvious that Son Goku (still can't get over that LOL !) is stronger than a summons, but then again, it was only his mouth. I'd say sage mode's stronger.

Edurance: When it comes to taking hit's it's obvious that sage mode wins. KCM hasn't been shown to take much. Naruto stated that he'd be in trouble if A landed a clean punch on him, and he's not even the strongest ninja.
However, he heals insanely fast. Sage mode's actual toughness is waaaayyyy stronger than KCM because he took a punch from preta path, stating that it didn't hurt a bit, despite the fact that all Pains it's size displays immense strength.
Winner: sage Naruto
Stamina: KCM defult. No explanation needed.
Ninjutsu: I haven't seen KCM enhance ninjutsu to insane levels considering that the 3rd raikage survived ransenshuriken. However, kakashi stated that when he got buffed by the 9 tails, his kamui was 3 times stronger. I really don't know what to think. There's no way ransenshuriken is so weak that 3 times it's power is only barely better than wind net. However, sage mode definitely has very strong jutsu. I think that sage mode's jutsu is stronger. KCM can use multiple jutsu from one body, so it evens out.

Other: Sage Naruto's frog kumite makes him practically invincible in taijutsu fights, especially with high reflexes. Chakra arms make KCM more flexible in method's of attacking. Their sensor abilities detect different things, but overall, they have the same effect.
Sage is more powerful, but KCM is easier to access and is more flexible in a fight and more unpredictable due to chakra arms.
