Differences between chakra cloak and turning full yellow?

Please explain, because in Part 1 all he had was the chakra cloak, then in Part 2 it evolved to the yellow version, but now he's using the cloak again. What makes it change?

Chakra cloak is basically Kurama lending him strength.
KCM is him actually controlling it.

Its was orange before because it was full of hate. Yellow means the hate is removed.

Agree with the first, although I think the colour has not to do with hate, since it's still orange.

Chakra Cloak VS Bijuu Mode is all the same. Chakra Cloak is when the Jinchuuriki is protect by a shroud of the Bijuu's chakra. Bijuu Mode is when the Jinchuuriki has gain ful control of their Bijuu's and is able to control the form of the Bijuu itself. Although, aside from Naruto, once gaining full control over the Kyuubi, he obtain a heighten transformation and coined it Kurama Mode or Kyuubi Mode.
