And he did by showing all of them being caught before he reacted.

naruto loves hinata duh? He doesnt think of anything not even of his own saftey or anyone else just hinata same with sakura saving sasuke during gaara arc or hinata for naruto in pain arc or war arc

so why react the way he reacts towards hinata, for hinata naruto doesnt think of himself or anyone else
thats a male natural instinct to react as quickly as possible to save the one they rly love
seriously why are u big fan of narusaku, sakura only started to like naruto when he became hero type (she hated him in first part sasuke made her like naruto), saukra is type of guy cool guys which is sasuke, even in the last chapter she still loves sasuke looks up to him

You only two canon examples. In the Pain and Madar comparsion you made, Naruto thought Hinata was dead. Naruto saw Sakura tank Madara's attack so there was no reason for him to freak out too much. In the other example Naruto was feeling everyone's chakra.

The reason the reaction is different is because Kishimoto is giving Hinata, and Naruto time together to build their relationship up. If he just went straight in and saved her without making a big speech, or vise versa, than it would just be another stereotypical run of the mill save on Naruto's part. By making their interactions between each other long, and full of speeches he's allowing them to slowly care for each other, and build upon their relationship.

Cute thread!!! I agree that when it comes to Hinata his reactions are more visceral. He totally lost his mind when Pain stabbed her. He saw many friends get hurt before and never has he reacted like that.
