What is the advantages and limitations of each kamui,of kakashi and obito ? Teleportation, intangibility, etc..
Obito's MS can take matter in and out of dimensions, while Kakashi's can "remove" matter and place it into a dimension. You could say that Kakashi's is Offensive while Obito's is Defensive and Evasive.

You said the same thing twice.
The difference is that kakashi violently removes things from this dimension.
I can see how the second can be ambiguous. What I mean to say is that while Kakashi can remove matter and place it into a dimension, he doesn't have the ability to bring it back out, and the removal usually implies a partial removal of the object (where the "violently" part comes in). Kakashi's removal rarely takes out an object wholly, rather it partially removes it to cripple the opponent.
Obito's is a defensive Kamui. It allows him to become intangible for up to 5 minutes. One of it's offensive capabilities can only be used in extremely close distances ( at arms length ), but if he manages to touch you then you will be sent to the Kamui dimension. He can also summon weapons from his Sharingan eye and fling them at enemies.
Kakashi's is an offensive Kamui. He can warp a specific body part or object into the Kamui dimension from long distances.
