Difference between swagkages FTG and minatours?

I don't see it tobirama SAID minatos was better but how?? They both have seals so its not to far fetched to say tobirama could just put a tag on a kunai and fly around like a boss slashing mfs(ohhh how I need to see him in action again). Tobiramas teleports are not slower nor do they see to take more prep time. The only thing minatos has done is warp projectiles like TBB don't know if le blue flash can do that or not but maybe he can.

Tobirama said nothing that shows a specific difference between the two. Not only that but minatos isn't faster tobirama was able to warp to juubito giving back his sticky bomb and warp back faster than the explosion.
