Difference between strong life force and strong chakra.

Can anyone please explain to me the difference? The raikage said kushina had a strong chakra and kabuto said Uzumakis have strong life force. What is the difference?

Strong life force means having a lot of life. It takes much for someone with strong life force to die. That's how Kushina survived Kurama being extracted from her. It most likely extends one's natural life expectancy, too.
Strong chakra just means having a lot of chakra. It could mean having very pure, radiating or very evil, sinister chakra, as well.

Strong chakra: Radiating, a large amount. Something Uzumaki have.

Strong life force: Basically a very strong body, adds to durability, life span and helps with suppression (which is why uzumaki were only made the strongest bijuu's jin). Another thing Uzumaki have.

Strong lifeforce is like Naruto. It takes a lot to put Uzumaki's down, they're hard to kill. Even extracting a Bijuu.

Strong chakra is like Sasuke. His chakra has been noted on more then one occasion to be unusually strong. It's of a very high quality.
