Difference between Shunshin and combat speed

Lee's combat speed is exceptional. Neji's combat speed is indeed faster, but he's nowhere near as fast as Lee's Shunshin (even with his weights on). You need fast combat speed and Shunshin to be good at taijutsu, both which Lee has. I'd say he's better than Neji if you factor in Gates.

Certainly, without a doubt Lee > Neji if they were to truly fight. However, I'm just saying Neji has better reaction times if you would, due to Byakugan which gives him early warnings of any attack before it can land.

Fair point. Neji's an excellent example to show there's a difference between combat speed and Shunshin.
