You know, it's funny how some "fans" calling the Naruto The Last movie "shojo" and I am wondering are those smart people even know what is shojo?
Shonen and shojo are both targeting children from age 10 to age 16. The ONLY (possible) difference is that shojos are focusing on more the romance sub-plot than shonen. Yes, shonens also targeting males while shojo targeting females, but in the 21th century this is not a factor anymore.
Yet, despite this is the only difference between them, those "smarties" using the shojo word as a cursing word, like it would be inferior to shonen, while not. There are tons of shojo mangas which are faaar better than the majority or even the most famous shonen mangas.
It's funny that shippingers (NaruSaku, NaruHina, SasuSaku, ShikaTema ect) always wanted more romance for Naruto and now "some of them" are interestingly have problem with that.
"Are they stupid? Kissing in a shonen?" - sure, that's why there are soooo many fanarts where characters are kissing on their lips. ;P
So, would somebody tell me why those people using the shojo as a cursing, lowlife word while both shonen and shojo targets the same age audiance and there are shojos whiches are far superior than the majority of shonens?
