That's filler, but Shisui said that Danzo took his eye when he tried to use Koto
ot: Shisui is a featless fodder negged by Danzo without Sharingan. Iruka is probably stronger than him.

People say he got whooped by Danzo but he also fought 3-4 Squads of ROOT Anbu and Danzo wasn't as old as he was when Sasuke killed him, Danzo would of been quite a bit stronger
