ftg has a unlimited distance as long as you have marked that place where you want to teleport to (i think)

shunshin no jutsu:The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

Shunshin is simply focusing chakra at feet and then releasing it in one go. It simply makes your movement speed faster.

FTG is an instant teleportation. FTG will always be faster than Shunshin because nothing is faster than something instant.

This is probably about the thread from earlier isn't it?

Flying Thunder God Technique:

Body Flicker Technique:

And yes, I am well aware of the dangers of trusting a wiki, but you can look at the work cited for the pages to verify it yourself :p

Don't mind the fodders above.

"Shunshin no Jutsu" has been used to reference the Flying Raijin Jutsu a many times in the manga.

Yes, Shunshin no Jutsu is typically just high speed movement, but that doesn't change the fact that it's sometimes synonymous with the Flying Raijin Jutsu.

Moot point.

You're essentially saying the current MangaPanda/*********** translations for #700 could be wrong too, which would still essentially prove my point.

Wrong translations, by that logic every fodder and their grandmother can use FTG since shunshin is a D class jutsu that pre-skip sasuke, Hanzo, shisui used also the Databook counts Gaara, Kakashi among others as shunshin users.
