difference between body flicker and FTG? And what is the weakness of FTG?

First, Aren't both pretty much the same? Like both just teleports you to different locations so I don't see the difference. I think FTG is a higher level technique but they both show same results right? I need someone to clarify this for me.


Second, what is the weakness of FTG? Like what do you guys think is the "best" way to counter FTG?
