[Discussion] Die with a pride or live with a shame ?

How bad is the shame? I might just rather die with pride if the shame is too great for me.

OP should determine those choices properly. tsk, ofcourse people would choose being a kamikaze hero rather than living with a shame unless someone will lie about it.

be specific OP! like for example, die with a pride(how will you be executed then? it depends) and live with a shame(what kind of shame like what you have said? it depends again). there is always a question in between, like what and how, geez..

Id rather die with honor than to live with shame. I heard voices telling me to worship satan so I decided to attempt suicide before that. For some odd reason, I am alive today, but Ive got a huge scar on my left hand just to prove that I really was preparing to take my live.

I don't know. Dying with pride means that you actually believe people have the power to soil your pride and hence bring you shame. Living with that shame is a far more prideful turn of events, as you believe you can live with the circumstances, as the shame is your own. I would gladly choose live with shame.

Or, I can always run away and live else where. It's easier that way. Dying with honor Pffft.
