Yea, iirc there's a few of them in the early akatsuki silhouette meetings that don't look like anyone that we saw. Plus pain and his rinnegan looked quite a bit diff in early pt 2 imo

yes they did. Deidara looks like he is upside down. Kakuzu is proabably the huge one but I don't think he is that big. Sasori in his Hiruko puppet has to be the strangely shaped one in the back. Have no idea who that guy with Shikamaru-like hair is, same with the people directly left and right of Pain.
