Didnt Kishi say that SO6P will not be surpassed?

I remember awhile ago reading here a Kishi interview and he was asked about the SO6P.
Kishi said that he will never be surpassed but now it looks like Obito is gearing to be SO6P 2.0

The only thing that probably makes a diffrence is that Obito is infused with an imperfect Juubi while the original seemed to be with a perfect one

Do you think he will rival the strength of the original or will he still be under him

the sage had the juubi at full power obito doesn't even have the 9tails or 8tails so how can he match the sage. n plus obito has yet to show rinnegan techniques while the sage could create things with his mind and use all rinnegan tech. so obito as of now shouldn't even be in the same sentence as the sage
