Did Zetsu betray Obito ?

Zetsu was made by Madara to betray Obito someday incase he didn't stick with the plan of reviving him.

Obito never wanted to revive Madara to begin with.

And Zetsu seemed to be Obito's most loyal subordinate,but he himself didn't stick with madara's plan
why did he have to wait so long to help madara out,and not to mention madara wasn't revived in his
original body (zombie)

It seems that Zetsu didn't give a **** about Madara.

Did Zetsu change his mind the moment he saw Madara because he was scared og him or something ?

If this is the case Madara was pretty lucky Obito is a dumbass.

Black Zetsu isn't Madara. He was born out of Madara's will via creation of all things, but it was clearly shown he has a mind of his own, the very last evidence is in this chapter, with him saying he was born for this. If his character was the same as Madara, he wouldn't talk that way.

So he's not betraying Obito. He's behaving the same way Madara would in that situation. And this is hardly betrayal, it's more like payback. Madara spared Obito's life, now it's time he returned the favour.
