Did Zabuza confronted Obito and Kisame during his assault?

Do you think that the reason why Zabuza tried to assassinate Mizukage was because he noticed something weird concerning him(in order words, someone controlling him)? Do you think that in his attempt, he confronted Obito, Kisame(with probably others) and it's the reason why it failed?

By looking at the hair (saw this in the anime, not the manga), I think the one who took control of Yagura was actually Madara...

Yh you are wrong, madara was dead. And even if he was not his sharingan would be on the wrong place. Also if you watch the anime he has obito's voice so he is obviously obito.

OT: Yes I do think zabuza's attack was because he maybe didn't like the way the mizukage was doing things but really behind the scenes it was obito.

I think that some mist ninja knew that Madara was the one controlling yagura and became loyal to him. So madara decided to use them as 'guniea pigs' like zetsu referred to them as, and aided in rins death driving obito insane. I think the term 'guinea pigs' means that they were just used as an experiment to trigger the hatred in Obito to follow the moons eye plan.

I'd find it weird if he attacked a mizukage (who's obviously protected) + several bodygaurds and live to tell..

Might be possible tho but would be weird xd Yagura as perfect jinchuuriki + Obito/madara controling him
