Sasuke and itachi both have shown to be able to produce the extra susanoo arms as need. So mayb sasuke felt he didn't need the extra arms. Or mayb kishi decided he didn't want sasuke to have a little originality rather than copy madara. Either way I still believe it's a perfect susanoo because of the size

It's obvious that their Susanoos are different. In the true merger the Kyubi is wielding the sword along with Susanoo. Why would it need to have its own arms if it were trying to concentrate all of their power into one attack. Simply put I believe its most likely that the difference is structure is because Naruto has complete control of the Kyuubi's chakara and form. Meaning that while in Kyuubi mode he can construct the Kyuubi to fit into Susanoo's armor more perfectly.

You have to remember that the original one by Madara is the actually Kyuubi and it's body. It has it's own arms. The kyubi created by Naruto is a chakra form only. Naruto can manipulate the form to fit the shape that is needed. Whereas, Madara was not able to mold the Kyuubi to fit his Susanoo. He was merely able to coat the Kyuubi in the armor. Hence 2 of the arms are the Kyuubi's and 2 of the arms are Madara's Susanoo's. It doesn't mean that Sasuke's is incomplete, but that the abilities they used were identical. It was the Kyuubi that was different in the technique. I don't know how you folks missed that.

like said above, you have to know that in the Naru-Sasu combo it is the kyuubi's chakra
that is being molded with Sasuke's susano'o.
Where as in in Madara's case it is the actually kyuubi.

As do they both have different Susano'os too
