Why would minato need to teleport the 2nd? Im sure the second could tele himself and hashi didnt move he stood in the same spot. Not too far from naruto and sasuke if im not mistaken

Like everyone else has said, it was Minato who teleported them to their own positions.

He told them to come infront of him and then he teleported them to his kunais which where already in position.
