What I mean by this is in Naruto Part 1 they had a bit more hand to hand combat and kunai battles etc... along with a few Ninjutsu's that weren't that OP here and there.

But as seen recently , the term OP has some how become "cliche" Edo Tensei/Sky scraper sized ethral beings etc... In the present Naruto we barely get to see a Kunai thrown lol

Give your thoughts on how much Naruto has changed from part 1, also give your reasons on why the "conversion" of battle had somehow changed to being more reliant on OP techs and whether you liked it or not.

i think its just kishi's way of showing how much everyone has grown. i think part 1 was just a teaser of how epic the konoha 11 were supposed to become and now were getting a glimpse of these legends in the making

Remember that Madara and those stuffz lived about 100 years ago. The universe wasnt OP since Naruto's bitch, but since SO6P was born.

One thing i'd want to see:
Hiruzen vs Orochimaru, Hashirama and Tobirama with Shippuuden Power Level scaling. The battle would've been even more action packed now with Hashirama's full-hype, however the results would still be the same.

And lol@your sig.

Last chapter was a taijutu chapter........Kakashi and even Tobi threw kunais.

TBH it think part 1 was a bit more strategic. You know work with what you got. But part 2 just demonstrates how far most of the characters have come. Being a stronger ninja means learning and perfecting a range of powerful jutsu and part 2 reflects that. No one in the narutoverse can rely on taijutsu or kunai alone, unless your Ten-Ten or Lee and they aren't exactly well rounded ninja.

lol are you sure the results would still be the same? Oro hype + Hashi hype + Tobi hype > Hiruzen. If it were a 1 on 1 situation, then I see Hiruzen having a chance.

Yes, they would still be the same for the plot to go on. But don't think that if we'd increase Hype of the 3 Enemies, then Hiruzen's power wouldn't go up too. It would, and we'd see even more out of the old man.

Yes I took into consideration Hiruzen's power increase, but still see him falling short. I mean during the fight, what stopped Hashirama from using flower world or impaling him with a trunk while he was caught in Bringer of Darkness. The plot is what saved Hiruzen in the end imo.

He could seal all 2 + 2/5 (Orochimaru's hands) of them in the end afterall. I don't imagine Oro taking over the village.
