No, I dropped that garbage after five episodes, the screaming crying women was really annoying and the political stuff was annoying as well. It wasn't the type of cult I was expecting.
Weirdly enough, I keep reading the show ended up being great lol.

i always watch AHS, they always start off slow. but during the premiere of Cult i was just so annoyed about hearing about Trump all the time and everyone feeling the need to express their dissatisfaction across the entertainment spectrum. idk how many garbage Anti-Trump songs and paintings ive had the displeasure of witnessing since he was elected. but when Kai put Cheetos on his face and they had someone with a Trump mask in the opening, i couldnt get into it. i actually use to like politics but Trump is just ruining everything i like
but later i realized that was a super shallow judgement of the show and they always get better. and i agree, its been great so far. the battle of the sexes thing fits in with the narrative i think and sort of parallels Trump vs Hilary in a way, not to mention a lot of Feminists like myself were actually really annoyed by his winning office, especially after some of the famously sexist things hes said, his wife he treats like a trophy, the massive world wide women's march(that i was in)
and the whole show has used the election as a jumping off point so it fits imo. i just watched the latest episode last night and im liking where its going. i have a feeling Ally will get her phobias back though. shes the coldest how she got revenge on all of them though, that was supreme finesse
