Nope, Sasuke was an emo kid who let his feelings take the best of him.
As opposed to Obito, whose feelings allowed him to try to make a change in this world, Sasuke didn't have such intentions. He only cared about revenge, like a little child.

Disagree. Sai didn't know everything about Sasuke - he didn't know that his original goal was to just kill Itachi, a man the world saw as a criminal. Then he realized the truth about the Itachi. Sai didn't know the whole tale and was basing it off the soft facts he knew - Naruto obviously knew more about Sasuke and got mad.
